About the Role: Financial Analyst Development Program In this 10-week Financial Analyst Development Program (FADP) internship, you'll gain hands-on experience in the world of Finance at Target. You'll work on project-based assignments focused on technology and assets investments, budgeting, revenue forecasting, or financial modeling/reporting. Our comprehensive training and development program will equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed as a strong FADP Intern. You'll have the opportunity to network with senior leaders, alumni, and mentors, gaining valuable insights into the everyday role of a Financial Analyst. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and strategic execution Develop and maintain influential partnerships with leaders across the organization Apply analytical rigor, creative problem-solving, and sound decision-making skills to drive financial outcomes Contribute to the development of innovative solutions that impact financial and operational direction-setting, vending, and capital investments Manage projects from start to finish, presenting results to management and stakeholders About You: We're looking for talented and motivated individuals who are passionate about finance and eager to learn. If you're a current student pursuing an undergraduate degree in Finance with a strong academic record (3.0 GPA or above), we encourage you to apply.
