Job Summary The Food Service Team Leader is responsible for leading a team of hourly colleagues in the Food and Beverage department, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests. Key Responsibilities Lead a team of hourly colleagues in the Food and Beverage department, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase team engagement. Collaborate with store leaders to achieve business objectives, including sales targets, inventory management, and customer service standards. Train and develop team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional customer service and meet business objectives. Monitor and maintain high standards of food safety, sanitation, and quality, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandise, to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste. Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction, including streamlining workflows and reducing wait times. Provide coaching, feedback, and recognition to team members to promote growth, development, and engagement. Manage conflicts and issues in a fair, consistent, and respectful manner, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment. Participate in store meetings, training sessions, and other events to stay informed about company initiatives, policies, and procedures. Perform other duties as assigned by store leaders, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and customer service. Essential Qualifications To be successful as a Food Service Team Leader, you'll need: A high school diploma or equivalent. At least 18 years old or older. Prior retail experience is preferred but not required. A strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to creating a positive guest experience. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. The ability to work independently and as part of a team. A flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. The ability to lift, move, and stock merchandise up to 40 pounds. A commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment. Preferred Qualifications We're looking for candidates with: Experience in food service, hospitality, or a related field. Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
